BioCharlie was born to Arthur and Molly (Prewett) Weasley on December 12, 1972. The second of seven children, Charlie grew up at the Burrow, a small orchard farm near the town of Ottery Saint Catchpole.
As a child, he helped with the care of the family chickens and garden gnome management, as well as various other chores child minding duties.
He started Hogwarts In 1984, and did fairly well in all of his classes – However, he excelled in Care of Magical Creatures, Charms, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. He later picked up the Seeker position on the Gryffindor team and eventually became Quidditch Captain.
An interesting side note: Charlie and Nymphadora Tonks were in the same year, but different houses. She once hexed the living daylights out of him when he'd called her by her first name on a dare – which led to them becoming great friends.
After leaving Hogwarts, he gained a position at the Romanian Dragon Preserve as an Assistant Wrangler. He is a Senior Wrangler now (god help us all), and has been training junior wranglers and leading dragon recovery expeditions which keep him out of contact with the rest of his family for extended periods of time. He was glad that he'd been about when the news on his mum came in. He wouldn't have been happy had he missed the funeral.
